DONALD O’BRIEN SCHOLARSHIP AWARD
The Scholarship Award is in honor of Judge Donald E. O’Brien, Senior Judge, United States District Court for the Northern District of Iowa. The Scholarship is open to any first or second-year law student with ties to the State of Iowa who expresses an interest and intent to practice law in the area of civil rights, civil liberties, public interest or other areas benefiting society’s less fortunate.
The scholarship this year is for One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00). The Scholarship winner will be notified in late summer 2014.
The application deadline is Tuesday, April 15, 2014.
