5:30 PM – Student Attorneys in the Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic will deliver a variety of presentations regarding topics that are important to startup businesses that contemplate seeking investment. Anticipated topics include:
1. Choosing business partners and related legal issues
2. Entity formation and structure
3. Intellectual property protection
4. Corporate finance matters relevant to early-stage investors
7:00 PM - Student Attorneys and Professor Brett Stohs hold “office hours” to consult regarding legal issues and explore whether the E-Clinic may be a good fit for participants’ legal needs.
