The Compliance Rotational Internship Program is designed to:
• Accelerate early career development of high potential future talent and prepare them for careers in the compliance or legal fields;
• Prepares participants for roles of increasing responsibility through a combination of rotational assignments, structured learning, formalized feedback, and mentoring;
• Provide the opportunity to interact with senior leaders and participate in various key initiatives.
This internship opportunity provides exposure and experience in using research, analysis and data skills.
The job will involve researching various business topics compilation of data into reports and assisting with other projects. A key factor of this internship is the opportunity to rotate between areas of the company focusing mainly on
investments, limited-benefit health insurance, and life insurance.
Students are asked to work 13-20 hours per week during the school year, during core business hours to enhance the learning opportunity.
