On Monday, April 13th, please join the American Constitution Society and the Student Innocence Project for a special event. Professor Eric Berger will give a talk on Lethal Injection. Professor Berger has litigated cases involving issues of lethal injection and has written extensively about lethal injection. In January 2009, he also testified before the Judiciary Committee of the Nebraska legislature about a bill to institute lethal injection in Nebraska.
