Michigan State University College of Law's Journal of Business and Securities Law announces its 2017 Professor Elliot A. Spoon Writing Competition. The Competition is open to all law students from ABA-accredited law schools. We require the submitted article to be on a business or securities law issue, and it must be in standard law review format. We also require a CV to accompany the applicant's materials, so that we can verify their eligibility. Further, the article must be in electronic format; we do not accept mailed submissions. The winner of the Competition will be published in our Journal's Spring Volume and will receive $500.
