Rural Practice Initiative: Rural Practice Interview

Apply to work in a small firm or with a solo practitioner in greater Nebraska! The Nebraska State Bar Association’s Rural Practice Initiative Program places attorneys and law students in firms outside of metropolitan areas. Participating attorneys are connected with firms looking to hire associates in Greater Nebraska. Participating law students gain practical experience, draft pleadings and interrogatories, shadow during court days and client meetings, research, and prepare briefs and memos. All clerks are compensated by their employer. Pay varies by employer. Your resume and cover letter will be given to practitioners in your region or practice area of interest.

Mark your calendars for the fourth annual NSBA Sections of the Law Speed-Networking Event on March 9th from 4:00 – 5:30. Don’t miss this opportunity to meet dozens of attorneys and have some fun at this high-energy networking event that we put together in conjunction with the Nebraska State Bar Association.
