Our firm is a premier corporate and business transactions advisor to middle-market public and private companies throughout the nation. We afford our summer associates a realistic view of the firm, with a high level of exposure to a wide variety of transactional practice in a collegial and interactive environment. In addition to providing intriguing work, we offer a competitive compensation; $1400/week for students who have completed two years of law school, and $1200/week for students who have completed one year of law school.
