Client Counseling Informational Meeting, Wednesday, November 15, from 12:10 – 1:10 pm in Room 124. Students are welcome to bring their lunch to the meeting. The competition is open to 2L’s and 3L’s (1L’s keep your eyes peeled for the 1L competition next semester!), and everyone is welcome to attend the meeting. There is no commitment to compete if you attend the meeting.
The National Client Counseling Competition is a wonderful opportunity to hone your skills and practice interacting with clients. Nebraska has been incredibly successful with six national championship. Kari Schmitz and Jenna Cope, last year’s National Client Counseling Champions, will give a demo interview at the Wednesday meeting.
Competition winners will get $500 ($250 per student).
