The eleventh season of Genealogy over Lunch kicks off in September with a presentation by Anne G. Giesecke, Ph.D. and Dan Steffen, Ph.D. on their research in cemeteries from a literary and sociological perspective. The second presentation in the fall will be by Gabe Bruguier, assistant professor, University Libraries, who discusses two of his ancestors and their roles in South Dakota history.
The format of the programs will continue to be online, via Zoom, and the group will continue to meet at 11:30 a.m. (central time) on the third Thursday of the month. Emeriti faculty & staff, current faculty & staff, and students are welcome to attend these sessions.
