The University Libraries’ Research Partnerships librarians are kicking off another robust workshop schedule to support faculty and graduate students with more than 20 workshops covering data management, research methods, comprehensive literature searching, evidence synthesis methodology, reparative research, geospatial data tools and more.

Some of the workshops will be offered more than once during the semester on Zoom or in person at Love Library South (LLS). Faculty and graduate students are the primary audience; however undergraduates may be especially interested in the ArcGIS StoryMaps workshops. Registration is required and will be available under each calendar entry for individual workshops on the department’s event calendar.

• Crash Course in Research Data Management, 2/16/24, 1-2 pm, Zoom.

• Intro to Comprehensive Literature Searching for the Social Sciences, 2/22/24, 12-1 pm, LLS 221 and 3/28/24, 10-11 am, Zoom.

• Prepare Your Data for Upload to a Generalist Repository, 3/6/24, 12-1 pm, Zoom.

• Write a Successful USDA Data Management Plan, 3/7/24 and 4/11/24, both sessions at 10 -11 am, Zoom.
