Concert begins at 6 p.m.
Students from the Glenn Korff School of Music will perform a Flyover Satellite Concert of new compositions inspired by their experience and interaction with materials from the Archives & Special Collections.
Some of the items from which the students took inspiration include:
Photo albums date from 1923-1925 from Student Life Records
Selected artist books from the Heron Press Collection of Artist Books
Scrapbooks from Mary and Elsie Rokahr, in the Cooperative Extension Papers
Journal of watercolors from the Richard Schilling Collection.
The Purple Journal from the Journals of Karen Blessen
and a journal from the Ted Kooser Collection
