Linda Grummert has joined Nebraska LTAP as a Training Program Coordinator this summer. She will remain in Scottsbluff to increase our presence in Western Nebraska. She brings many years of experience as a county highway superintendent known for innovative ways to do asset management, often on a shoestring budget.
