Hello Math Majors,
Happy Thanksgiving! I hope the semester continues to go well for you and that you are going to be able to relax a little bit over the next few days during the Thanksgiving holiday. We will only have two full weeks of classes before final exam week when we return on Monday, November 28th.
For many people, it is a tradition to discuss what they are thankful for and to express gratitude during the Thanksgiving holiday. Personally, I am thankful for my family: my wife, our two cats, my mother, my father, my mother-in-law, my mother-in-law's boyfriend, my sister and her family, and my brother and his family. I'm also thankful for my job including all of the students, the faculty, and the staff that I get to work with. For those of you who read this, please don't hesitate to email me about what you are thankful for during this holiday week.
Please don't hesitate to reach out to me if you need help with anything as we work to finish out the semester.
Best wishes, Doug
