• The Defense Threat Reduction Agency’s (DTRA) Chemical and Biological Technologies Department is hosting a webinar about their opportunities within their Joint Science and Technology Office (JTSO)
• DTRA-JSTO’s mission is to lead the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) to anticipate, defend, and safeguard against chemical and biological threats for the warfighter and the nation
During this 90-minute session, you will learn about internships, fellowships, postdoctoral, and employment opportunities available throughout the DoD.
• Topics that will be discussed include:
o DTRA-JSTO’s role as the DoD’s Joint Science and Technology Office for Chemical and Biological Defense (JSTO-CBD);

• Are you looking for a Master’s program that will allow you to improve the welfare of people and their communities? The nationally-accredited Master of Community and Regional Planning (MCRP) Program at UNL provides preparation for professional career opportunities in an exciting multi-disciplinary field. Students in the MCRP degree program represent a wide variety of undergraduate majors. The majority of urban and regional planners work in a wide-range of planning areas in governmental agencies and private sectors such as land use planning, environmental protection, economic development, transportation, community design, housing, social planning, healthy communities, energy development or school planning. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics Occupational Outlook Handbook, the job outlook for urban and regional planners over the next decade is excellent, with a job growth prospect of 11% (much faster than average) and an attractive median pay (in 2019) of $74,350 per year.
