CAPS (Counseling & Psychological Services) – offers therapy sessions to enrolled students at no cost in a comprehensive short-term counseling model. Call 402-472-7450 to make a phone or video appointment. There is assistance at this number after hours, as well. Simply call 402-472-7450 and press 4.

Counseling & School Psychology Clinic – offers free counseling services for UNL students. Services include individual, family, and group counseling and are available for the duration of the academic year. Please call 402-472-1152 to set-up an appointment.

Resources to maintain emotional and mental wellness – See this webpage for great ideas on how to care for your emotional and mental health during this time.

Suicide Prevention Lifeline – call 1-800-273-8255 for free and confidential support. Provides crisis resources for you and your loved ones.

Well-Being Coaches are student volunteers who help other students thrive and create the life they want to live, both now and in the future. They promote the nine dimensions of well-being that provides a framework for exploration and balance. Appointments can be made through MyPLAN.

CASNR First-Gen Mentor Program – Due September 13
CASNR is offering a first-generations student mentorship opportunity to connect CASNR students with alumni. The college experience for first-generation student is unique. The goal of the mentorship program is to help first-gen students navigate their college path, create their own experience, and learn about the world beyond East Campus. Study Studio - Oasis
The OASIS Study Studio is located in the computer lab on the second floor of the Jackie Gaughan Multicultural Center. Meet with a Learning Consultant for additional assistance with coursework - for free! Due to COVID19, only six students at a time will be allowed to meet in the computer lab.
