The Undergraduate Student Research Program gives students the opportunity to conduct research under the direction of faculty with Agricultural Research Division (ARD) appointment. It is open to junior and senior undergraduates proposing to work with a faculty member who has an ARD appointment.
ARD provides up to $2,500 per student, with a required 100% match by the participating unit(s) and/or ARD faculty mentor(s). Selection is based on the quality of the submitted proposal.
Proposals must be authored by the student with guidance from their proposed project mentor and submitted online.
Funding can only be received once per student; previous recipients are not eligible and will not be considered.
