The University of Nebraska’s Phi Tau Sigma UNL chapter is excited to host its annual Battle of the Food Scientists competition a month from today on March 12 — and they’re looking for participants!
This year’s theme is “Fermented Foods,” giving you the chance to showcase your creativity and innovation in a fun, supportive environment. Undergraduate and graduate students are highly encouraged to participate.
Expect collaboration, a panel of judges, a livestreamed event, and some great prizes — all while celebrating the science (and flavor!) behind fermentation. We hope you’ll consider joining the competition and sharing your talents.
