Whether you are looking to enhance your standards-based lesson or for a fun opportunity to explore a new topic, Morrill Hall Virtual Field Trips are here for you, no matter where you are! The museum offers 12+ programs designed to support Nebraska College and Career Ready Standards for Grades K-12.
Virtual Field Trips are live, interactive videoconferencing programs in which Morrill Hall educators and scientists interact with participants on a variety of science and natural history topics. The field trips are designed to fit within your schedule, curriculum or interest areas, and are aligned with state and national science standards. Many of the programs include physical kits with hands-on materials to enhance your classroom discoveries.
Exciting news! Due to the generous support of the Rogers Foundation, virtual field trips for Nebraska's rural schools will be provided FREE for the 2025-2026 school year!
