The Nebraska MEP is presenting training workshops in selected communities across the state. They are the perfect cost-effective and local learning opportunity for small to mid-size manufacturers. Workshops presented in Scottsbluff and Bridgeport are sponsored by Western Nebraska Community College’s Operational Excellence Training Series.
JOB RELATIONS (JI) Workshops uses a dynamic program of hands-on learning and practice, teaching essential skills for supervisors, team leaders, and anyone who directs the work of others. This training is an essential element of Lean and continuous improvement programs around the world including the Toyota Production System.

LEAN 101 SIMULATION EVENTS: The Nebraska MEP is offering a one day, 5-6 hour, Lean 101 certification program. This program will involve both lectures and hands on simulation helping participants get introduced to the principles of lean manufacturing.
