The program’s Process Safety Management series continues with a two and half day in-person course that expands entirely upon the OSHA 29CFR 1910.119 PSM element of PHA. This workshop will train management and oversight personnel with PHA responsibilities on how to properly plan, execute, and utilize PHA methods more effectively at a plant site. • Be knowledgeable in various PHA methodologies – strengths, limitations and best applications – for continuous and batch processes, and procedures
• Understand PHA inputs, detailed methodologies, study outputs, and resources required to more effectively manage and oversee PHA programs
• Learn to assist in developing sound study recommendations for evaluation, prioritization-implementation, and plan for maintenance and verification of safeguards/barriers/layers of protection in the plant
• Become informed of the latest thinking from industry and regulators in PHA coverage, human factors, and current industry standards for facility siting
