Build up your employee’s skills with 1-day workshops from the Nebraska MEP beginning this month. Developing your key employees can lead to improved job performance and can help retain your best workers. Workshops are $250 per person and includes all training materials, lunch and snacks.

Job Instruction helps standard work processes, finding the “best way” to safely perform tasks.
Workshops will be held January 18 in Lincoln and February 25 in Omaha.

Job Relations helps supervisors take a proactive approach to prevent people-problems before they happen. Participants also explore best practices to recognize problem situations, how to handle them and how to prevent them from occurring.
Workshops will be held January 20 in Omaha and March 14 in Lincoln.
