High pressure processing, freeze drying and water activity are important tools in producing preferred raw pet foods and treats. Consumer demand for safe, high quality, raw, clean label pet foods and this workshop at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, March 15-16 will give participants a hands-on learning opportunity with these technologies and valuable experience from a panel of industry and academic experts.
