You may be looking for a cheap and easy way to spruce up your indoor space, and nothing can do this better than adding some plant life. Get yourself one (or all) of these low-maintenance plants to find new gardening skills you never thought you had.

Sansevieria (Snake Plant)
These unique-looking plants are extremely resilient and can even bounce back after years of neglect. They don't need a lot of watering or specific temperatures and can do just fine in any type of lighting. Snake plants also possess air-purifying abilities, perfect for any stale air that's been lingering indoors.

Pothos
You may have seen these common houseplants sprawled across a room with vines reaching in every direction, and it's for good reason– pothos plants are one of the easiest to take care of. Water sparingly and keep them in any type of light. They can keep on growing up to ten feet in length, so you can cut off leaves to begin propagating brand new pothos plants.

ZZ Plant
A ZZ plant can basically thrive on neglect, and requires virtually no maintenance. These plants actually do great in little sunlight, making them a popular plant to keep in bathrooms or offices. They also don't need much water and prefer to be kept dry.
