UNL MUNA is a new pre-med oriented organization that works to build a strong community by uniting public health and service. Currently, we are focused on distributing boxes full of food and supplies custom-tailored to different refugee populations in Lincoln.
In the fall, we will have two regular meetings and one social event per month, as well as various service opportunities throughout the year. Meetings will include presentations from local cultural leaders and doctors. Members are asked to come to at least half of all meetings during a semester to remain active. We are actively recruiting both pre-med and non pre-med individuals who are passionate about service and giving back to the Lincoln community!
