Winter can be brutal on your skin. This free 30-minute webinar will show you ways to keep skin hydrated and healthy in the colder months.
Professionals with the University Health Center will discuss common skin problems and address the latest skincare trends, like jade rollers, pimple patches, at-home facials and more.

Healthy Living Program
Thursdays, January 27–March 3 | 3 to 4 p.m.
Rec & Wellness Center
A 6-week program to assist you on the path to healthy living, this program offers education and guided exercise to help you gradually become healthier in mind and body.
The weekly 1-hour meeting will have an educational portion and guided exercise led by a personal trainer. Topics include healthy shopping strategies, motivation and support, tackling triggers, body image, celebrating success and more.
Cost is $10 per person. Register prior to the Jan. 25 deadline.

CookWell Class: New Year, New Menu Planning

Learn about balanced meal planning and prepping while creating four servings of Kung Pao Power Bowls and 12 Blueberry Chia Muffins muffins to power you through the rest of the week. Participants will take home their own set of four meal prep containers.
