“I became involved in Big Red Resilience and Well-being because I saw it as an opportunity to make a difference in my college community. Well-being is important at any stage in life, but I think it’s especially important in college when students are experiencing high amounts of stress and sometimes forget to take care of themselves.”
Applications are due April 8. For questions, contact Sarah at squalsett@huskers.unl.edu.
