On this day to promote the importance of health awareness and fitness for all women, YOGA, STANDUP PADDLE BOARD, and WEIGHT TRAINING are some of the 10 FREE special activities planned at the Campus Rec Center (City) and Rec & Wellness Center (East) on Wednesday. Grab a Blender Bike smoothie, too.
