Join Campus Rec's Bootcamp Fitness program from 6 to 7 a.m. Mondays and Wednesdays from Aug. 27 to Sept. 26 on the Mabel Lee Rec Fields.
Bootcamp Fitness is a complete body workout combining varying elements of strength, functional training, cardio, core work, and FUN! It is designed to motivate and energize beginner and intermediate-level exercisers to succeed in achieving their individual fitness goals. If you are just beginning a fitness routine or looking for new approaches to add to your current workout, this program is for you!
Cost is $88. This price package also gives you a fall semester FitCard to enhance your Bootcamp workout. The FitCard gives you access to attend all sixty-eight Group Fitness Classes offered each week. Zumba, Power Pump, REV, Butts & Guts, and Ab Solution are all popular group classes.
