After you’ve made an appointment at the University Health Center, you can speed up the check-in process in a couple of ways.
Sign up for One Chart | Patient:
One Chart | Patient is a secure online portal that serves as your most important source of medical information. You will automatically receive an invitation by email or text to sign up after you schedule your first health center appointment.
Complete eCheck-in before your appointment:
You will receive an email asking you to complete eCheck-In before your scheduled appointment. Once you have signed up for your One Chart account, you can use eCheck-in to confirm your information, including insurance, medications, allergies and more, before your appointment.
Although eCheck-In saves you time, you still must visit the main check-in desk on level two when you arrive for your in-person appointment so we can let the staff know you are here.
