Within roughly 2 miles, numerous parks, trails and businesses are packed in between UNL's city and east campuses. And there are multiple routes you can take to get from one campus to the other. Whether you're traveling by foot, bike, or car, check out these places you'll discover along the way.

Lintel Park offers trails for bikers, walkers and runners and a shaded gazebo picnic area.

Pentzer Park
N 27th & Potter St

Pentzer Park features a basketball court, hiker/biker trail, picnic tables and Pentzer Park Field, which is the perfect spot for outdoor games.

Installed in 2012, by artist Michael Morgan and University of Nebraska-Lincoln graduate student Matt Blache, the 27th Street Hearth stands 14 feet tall near the Elaine Hammer Bridge on the Mopac Trail.
