Take your practice of yoga to a new level: on the water. This class uses paddle boards to create a new twist to yoga poses. Improve your strength, flexibility, and balance in this class.

5:30 to 7 p.m., November 30
Recreation and Wellness Center, Wellness Kitchen
Join this interactive class to cook and enjoy Tuna Onigiri (rice ball), Sunomono (cucumber salad), and simplified Taiyaki (red bean paste dessert).
