Learn to coordinate your mind and body at the club's Shotokan Ohshima Karate-do & Self Defense practice from 5:45 to 7:30 p.m. every Tuesday in the Nebraska Union Ballroom. The practice of karate tones the body, develops coordination, quickens reflexes, and builds stamina.
