Aging Partners
September 18, 2024 | 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Aging Partners provides information, referral, case management, legal assistance, home delivered meals and more for seniors and caregivers in Lincoln and surrounding counties. Volunteers will have the opportunity to play board games with seniors, help seniors create a social media profile and assist with sorting donations.

Educare of Lincoln
September 24, 2024 | 9:15 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.

Educare of Lincoln provides children from birth to age 5 with quality early education, support families, arm teachers with effective teaching practices. Students will have the opportunity to assist with leading activities for local youth, reading books, sorting donations and doing yard work around the facility.

Vital Services helps people with developmental disabilities learn life skills and get involved in Lincoln and nearby communities. Volunteers will help with sorting donations and doing yard work.

The mission of The HUB is to provide support and access to services for young people transitioning into adulthood who are disconnected from their family and the community. Volunteers will assist with sorting donations, facilitating activities and doing yard work.

Lincoln Children Zoo
September 27, 2024 | 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Lincoln Children's Zoo is home to over 40 endangered animals including the Sumatran tiger and Matschie's tree kangaroo. Students have the opportunity to assist the children zoo by laying down mulch in animal habitats and doing gardening work by planting new plants.
