Eating Well for Your Heart & Soul, March 17 & 19

Discover the benefits of heart-healthy meals at the free "Eating Well for Your Heart & Soul" events from 12:10 to 1 p.m. March 17 in the City Union and March 19 in the East Union. Open to all UNL students, staff, and faculty.

Participants will:
• Learn guidelines for Heart Healthy Eating
• Learn quick techniques to menu plan for heart health & weight management
• Receive recipes for five-ingredients-or-less-meals.
• Learn more about the connection between mood and food.

Attendees are encouraged to bring a brown bag lunch to enjoy while listening to the speakers.
