Nebraska EPSCoR and the University of Nebraska at Omaha Department of Biomechanics present a free, one-day Symposium on Biomechanics: Oct. 13 at UNO's Thompson Alumni Center in Omaha. Students and faculty with interest in biomechanics should register by Oct. 5 at http://nric.nebraska.edu.

Speakers are from Harvard University, Florida Atlantic University, University of Nebraska-Lincoln and more. In addition to lunch and refreshment breaks, the event includes tours of UNO's Biomechanics Research Building, and a poster session by students, postdocs and faculty on biomechanics topics.
