All group fitness, pilates and yoga classes at the Campus Rec Center and Rec & Wellness Center are free Aug. 20-26. 65+ classes are offered during the week at varying times each day. Popular classes include High Intensity Interval Training, Cardio Dance, Cycling, Aqua, Barre, Yoga and Pilates. HIIT Yoga and TRX Yoga are new to the schedule this fall. Students and Campus Recreation Members may purchase an All-Class Pass for $55/semester to attend any fitness class on the schedule at any location. Passes may be purchased online at https://go.unl.edu/buypass or by visiting the Member Services Desk at the Campus Rec Center or Rec & Wellness Center on East Campus.
