On Wednesdays from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., the Home Cooking serving line in Harper Dining will be switched to a gluten- and allergen-aware serving area. All items being served in this area will not contain gluten or the big 8 allergens; big 8 allergens being: dairy, egg, fish, peanuts, shellfish, soy, tree nuts, and wheat. The university community is invited to come and help Dining Services evaluate this new dining concept to help students and guests with special nutrition needs.
