You don't have to go it alone. A support or therapy group can help!
Groups are a great way to learn to talk openly and honestly about your feelings, meet other people who have gone through similar personal experiences, stay motivated to manage your concerns and feel more connected and accepted.
Counseling and Psychological Services is facilitating several free support and therapy groups this fall that address many of the common concerns students have on campus, including:
• Coping skills and stress management
• Relationships
• Alcohol and drugs
• Cultural adjustment for international students
• Issues faced by students of color
• Student military and veteran assistance
Groups, along with most other CAPS services, are covered by your student fees.
