First-year and senior students, the university asks that you take a few minutes to complete the National Survey of Student Engagement to help us continue to improve your educational experience. First-years: you have the ability to bring about change that could impact your future years at Nebraska. Seniors: your knowledge can enhance the experiences of Huskers who will follow in your footsteps.
Why should you take time to do this?
New programs and initiatives that came out of the 2016 NSSE include:
- First-Year U: a weekly newsletter that shares academic support options, a calendar of campus events, and helpful information for student success
- Husker Dialogues: an event for first-year students to engage in meaningful conversations that help create an inclusive Husker community
- New Tools in MyRed: new features to help students create personal graduation plans and course schedules that are tied to the university’s registration system
- Student Inclusive Leadership Retreats: a leadership opportunity for all students to learn how to be inclusive leaders in classrooms, campus organizations, and the community
