Over 200 employers will be at the two-day Spring Career Fair from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Feb. 7-8 in the Nebraska Union with over 200 employers represented with internship and full-time opportunities in all career fields.
While some the employers will be there both days, each day has a different focus:
• Tuesday, Feb. 7: Engineering, Technology, Science and Agriculture
• Wednesday, Feb. 8: Business, Service, Government and Liberal Arts
All UNL students and alumni are welcome. The career fair is an excellent opportunity to connect with employers if you are in the market for a job or internship. Dress professionally and bring several copies of your résumé. Visit Career Services in 230 Nebraska Union to have your resume critiqued. Walk-ins are available weekdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Many of the employers will stay to conduct on-campus interviews the next day with candidates they have met through Husker Hire Link or during the fair.
For students who are not quite ready to pursue internships or jobs, the career fair is a great opportunity to gain valuable information about careers and employers while becoming comfortable with the career fair environment. Business casual dress is suggested.
