If you’re an OLLI member, you’re eligible to serve on a committee, and the Events Committee wants YOU! The Events Committee advises the events coordinator on effective event and social activity ideas for OLLI audiences and assists with preparing for those events when needed. The expectations are easy:
1. Attend committee meetings
2. Participate in committee activities, planning and discussion
3. Assist with event preparation when needed
4. Attend events when possible
The time commitment is one, 1-2 hour meeting per month, plus a few pre-event preparation sessions each year and attendance at the events that fit your schedule and pique your interest.
