The Angels Theatre company presents the 2017 First Flight Festival, a series of short plays and monologues under 20 minutes each written by members of Angels Play Writing Collective. The Festival opens on Wednesday, July 19 and runs until Saturday, July 29. The plays are performed in UNL’s Studio Theatre located on the first floor of the Temple Building, 12th and R Streets.
OLLI member Leta Powell Drake will be performing in one of the short plays titled “Flight of Fantasy.” Some OLLI members are also playwrights.
All of the 24 plays to be performed are listed on the Angels Theatre Company website.
