Learn fundamental lessons on the art and science of growing and caring for plants in your landscape. The course will cover a broad spectrum of gardening topics including trees and shrubs for the Nebraska landscape; choosing perennials and annuals to add color to your garden; learning about vines and ground cover plants to fit your landscape needs; and we will also discuss common soil issues, tree planting problems, drought management and pest control, including emerald ash borer.
