February 9th is the Valentine Dance for the UNL Faculty Dance Club. The Dance Club is offering OLLI members, who have never attended a UNL Faculty Dance Club event, to save $5 per couple toward admission at their first dance, with a current OLLI membership card.
This is your chance to dance with your sweetheart. This opportunity is open to all in the community. You do not need to be a member of UNL's faculty to participate.
Events are held one Saturday each month at the East Campus Student Union. Dinner is served at 6:30 p.m., and a live band/orchestra plays from 7:30-10 p.m. for dancing. Reservations are required for dinner and/or dance and are due the Sunday prior to each dance.
The February event takes place on the 9th with music provided by the Leo Lonnie Orchestra. The RSVP deadline is Sunday, February 3rd.
