Voter registration events are happening Sept. 30, Oct. 6, Oct. 14 and Oct. 15 at the Nebraska Union Plaza, hosted by the Huskers Vote Coalition and ASUN.

The Huskers Vote Coalition (HVC) and ASUN Student Government have tools to ensure Huskers are prepared to cast a ballot in the upcoming general election – regardless of the location/state in which they plan to cast their ballot – and to register them to be voters if they are not currently signed up.

From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sept. 30 and Oct. 6, 14 and 15, Huskers should visit the red tent on Nebraska Union Plaza to check their voter registration status, sign up for vote-by-mail and learn their polling place for the Nov. 3 election. Student reps from both HVC and ASUN will be on hand to answer questions and provide information. Students can register to vote in Nebraska or their home state (as long as they meet the registration deadlines and requirements).

Additionally, the site Vote.org is available online 24/7 for Huskers to register to vote, check their registration and polling place and sign up for vote-by-mail.
