Dining Services is excited to be offering an updated dining space for the upcoming fall semester. The renovation will give the Selleck Food Court a more modern feel and provide a space for students to meet and build community.

According to David Annis, director of dining services, “This renovation will provide students with a contemporary dining area that is designed for grabbing a quick meal to go or sitting down and sharing the meal experience with others.” He went on to say that “With a mix of tables, booths, bar, patio, and lounge seating, the Selleck Food Court will provide a variety of seating choices in an active environment.”

The renovated space will also feature the first fully gluten-free concept on campus. Taking place of the private Presidential Dining Room in the Selleck Food Court, this new offering will allow visitors to enjoy gluten-free choices near the heart of campus. As Annis explains, “The gluten-free restaurant is important in that it will provide a needed service to students in the core of campus.”
