The illegal use of Dicamba products by Nutrien Ag Solutions in Kansas resulted in fines of more than 600,000 dollars. The company used cancelled products that did not follow the label requirements and therefore violated the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA).
