October:
Accounts Payable has moved into BSC
Contracts due for review:
IT contracts need to be submitted as soon as possible to be reviewed before 2021. Anything turned in late isn't guaranteed to be approved before the Holiday Closedown.
November:
Contracts due for review:
Monday, November 2 at 5:00 p.m.
General contracts need to be submitted to ensure review is completed before 2021. Anything turned in after this date isn't guaranteed to be approved before the Holiday Closedown.
December:
Contracts due for review:
Wednesday, December 15 at 5:00 p.m.
Standard agreements and amendments need to be submitted to ensure review is completed before 2021. Anything turned in after this date isn't guaranteed to be approved before the Holiday Closedown.
Holiday Closedown:
December 24 to January 3
The Procurement Services office will be closed during the Holiday Closedown. We will return to the office January 4. If you have any matters that need to be addressed, please contact us before December 24.
