Dr. Wiener’s Legal Decision-Making Lab is currently recruiting undergraduate Research Assistants for an Immigration Court-watching project. Research Assistants will have the opportunity to gain valuable research experience by attending Immigration Court and collecting data through structured observations during court proceedings. Research Assistants may also earn course credit for their time. Court observations will begin this semester and continue through the end of the Spring 2026 semester.
