Collectively, RSOs submit thousands of forms each year. Your RSO has probably submitted at least one Event Form (EPR), Pepsi request, funding application or Big Red Welcome registration. Have you ever clicked "submit" and found yourself wondering where to locate that form? Did you leave something out and need to let Student Involvement know so we can better assist your RSO?
Luckily, you can access all of your submissions from one easy place on NvolveU. Event Forms, Elections, Organization Registrations and General Forms can all be reviewed from your user drawer. You can edit started, denied or approved EPRs or simply view the submission information, including the comments and questions we've left. You can also jump to your form submissions and see the progress on submissions. (Keep in mind "unapproved" simply means the submission is pending). All of your forms are submitted by an individual user. That means whoever submitted the EPR or other form will have to be the one to look up the progress and status. Once an EPR is approved, it's added to the RSO's page.
